Sir Hubert Von Herkomer Arts Foundation is a charity that aims to inspire young people through creative art forms, and one that I am proud to be a part of. As a result of this, I had the opportunity to teach year 4 and 5 students how to paint using acrylic paint at St John’s Upper Holloway C Of E Primary School. The theme of the project was based on Christian values. The students were inspired by legendary Fine artists such as Picasso, Kandinsky, Gustav Klimt, Georges Seurat, Jackson Pollock and also Van Gogh.

The Sir Hubert von Herkomer Arts Foundation is a registered charity which aims to inspire a generation of young people by offering them a gateway to the arts.
By funding after and out of school classes in primary and secondary state schools in England, the Foundation provides children with the inspiration and tools to develop lifelong artistic passions”.
These are some of the final paintings created by the students. The final painting where exhibit at Alon Zakaim Fine Art on the 8th September.
